Made from scientifically researched ingredients, Skin Restore will replenish dry skin and will help to repair certain types of skin damage and skin aging. Skin Restore is best applied in the evening after washing face and hands. It might feel a little greasy to some (depending on skin type and locale), but washes off in the morning easily if not absorbed. If you live in an area where the air is dry, Skin Restore can be used as a day cream and will make your skin glow. If you live in an area that is humid, apply thinly.

About teprenone: Teprenone (aka geranylgeranylacetone) is a synthetic compound derived from naturally occurring plant compounds. It is made from geranylgeraniol as a starting material, which is a compound found in certain plants. Geranylgeranylacetone (teprenone) mimics a naturally occurring enzyme called geranylgeranyl phosphate. This enzyme plays a role in regulating certain Heat Shock Proteins and formation of certain proteins. In vitro and in vivo studies have shown that Teprenone restores old and tired skin. Our conclusion? Not all synthetic compounds are harmful, and this one is the only one that we currently use in any of our products.
Keep refrigerated. Because I do not add any unnecessary chemical preservatives for the purpose of extending shelf life, and only make products on demand, you can make your product last longer by simply keeping them refrigerated. This product was designed for better application when kept refrigerated.
