Vitamin D-3 (as cholecalciferol), Salmon Oil (supplying 300 mg of the following Omega-3 Fatty Acids: 180 mg EPA [Eicosapentaenoic Acid] & 120 mg DHA [Docosahexaenoic Acid]), Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil (Supplying 50 mg Omega 7 [Palmitoleic Acid] and 42 mg Omega 9 [Oleic Acid]), Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Supplying 56 mg Omega 9 [Oleic Acid]), Softgel (Gelatin, Glycerin), Purified Water, Safflower Oil.

Directions

Use as directed. Take 2 softgels daily with a meal or glass of water.
