Some people prefer having a standardized dose of active ingredients, while other people prefer having the whole intact plant.

Standardized Herb ingredient list: valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract (guaranteed to contain 2.4mg [0.8%] valeric acids), maltodextrin (from Non-GMO corn), whole rice concentrate, vegetable cellulose capsule, silica, chicory root inulin, and organic rice extract blend.

Whole Herb ingredient list: valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root, gelatin capsule

Please note the label directions indicate taking this up to two times daily. We do not recommend taking this product during the day as it may cause drowsiness. We only recommend taking the product 30 to 60 minutes before bed.
